Poor customer service When we arrived to take delivery of the Subaru Forester that we just purchased, we were disappointed to find the vehicle was waiting for us in the l When we arrived to take delivery of the Subaru Forester that we just purchased, we were disappointed to find the vehicle was waiting for us in the lot, dirty both inside and out. After discussing the issues with Adam Germain, he let us know that our salesperson Kathy Chapman would contact us when she returned to work so that we could get the issue taken care of. After a week of not hearing from Kathy we took the vehicle back up to Lafontaine Subaru and spoke with Kathy direct. She assured us once again that she would personally oversee the detailing of the car to make sure everything was perfect this time. The nest day we arrived to pick up our vehicle and found that they had failed to properly detail the car for a SECOND time . Kathy and Adam had already left for the day so another salesman took pictures of the dirt that was still under the rear mat as well as hair on the seats and and told us that he would inform Kathy the following day. Another week has gone by and we have yet to hear anything from Kathy regarding the issues. Overall, this was and continues to be a very disappointing car buying experience More
