Anthony is friendly, informed, and accommodating, and we could not have asked for a better sales associate. We have voiced this to each other over the weekend and are happy to be able to share our sentiments with you. We would recommend both Tony and the dealership without hesitation. If we were asked to rate Anthony on a scale of 1-10, we would give him at least an 11. I have a 2011 Subaru Outback that was purchased here and I take it in for oil changes, tire rotating and I’ve always had a pleasant experience here. I have a 2011 Subaru Outback that was purchased here and I take it in for oil changes, tire rotating and recalls. The staff is nice and friendly and I think the cost of service is fair. Sometimes they even include a free car wash! They are good about emailing coupons every so often and always follow up via email after appointments to make sure that you are satisfied. Scheduling an appointment is simple and the wait time is never more than an hour, which I happily enjoy sitting & reading in the natural-lighted waiting area, drinking free bottles of water, complete with a recycling bin! I think they’re doing everything right – making me love my Subaru that much more. More
My Husband and I were looking for a replacement vehicle for our tired Honda Civic. We were interested in the Impreza and our initial contact was with Rick Tanner, the sales manager. Rick introduced us to Doug Utz and he is who we dealt with. They worked together to find us the exact Impreza we wanted and had it at their dealership within 3 days. Everything was great. Doug was exceptionally patient with us and very easy to work with and I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Subaru. More
I recently bought my second Subaru from Dwyer and dealt with Doug both times. I bought an Outback, and my Wife and I bought a Forester for her about 1 1/2 years ago. Both experiences were what we expec with Doug both times. I bought an Outback, and my Wife and I bought a Forester for her about 1 1/2 years ago. Both experiences were what we expected. They are low pressure and friendly and definitely not the typical dealer experience. Their service department has been great so far, too. We both love our Subarus and have recommended Dwyers and Doug to several of our friends already. More
Purchased a three year old Subaru a few years ago, from a surley salesman (I would have walked if not for the car being worth it). They lied about replacing the rear brake pads before delivery. After the promised, pre-delivery front brake replacement, the front brakes pulsed at delivery (obviously no test drive). When warm weather arrived, the A/C didn't work. I gave them one more chance to do service work in March 2006, and they tried a bait-and-switch price scam on the service work (they wanted $200 more then phone quotes on two occasions). The service writer also tried to scare me into service NOT needed yet. I've NEVER heard anything good about this dealer. I've heard great things about Hodges Subaru on Woodward. They have my business now. More
