Great Service Miguel was wonderful to deal with, he explained everything and kept me up to date on how things were going with my car. Miguel made me feel warm and welcome and even wished me a Happy Hanukkah when I told him I celebrated Hanukkah. Kathy was very nice pleasant and warm to deal with. The reason I noted average for quality of work is that a part from what I think is my glove box was not replace and I found it on the floor of my car. I am going to have to go back to the dealership to have it put back. More

Great prices on oil changes and very friendly staff! Bought my 2015 Subaru Forester at Thelen Subaru in Bay City Michigan. Called to make an appointment there for my 6000 mile oil change and tire rotatio Bought my 2015 Subaru Forester at Thelen Subaru in Bay City Michigan. Called to make an appointment there for my 6000 mile oil change and tire rotation. Wow, what a surprise when they told me it would be $80 for the oil change and $20 for the tire rotation. Called all around Michigan and Thelen is outrageously high and Lafontaine wins hands down at $39.95. My only regret is that I didn't also give the sales team there the chance to sell me a car. I won't go anywhere else from now on. I would highly recommend them for your Subaru needs. More
