I knew she was not withholding anything about the sale from me and that she had my best interest in mind. I had been told by another Subaru dealership I would have to wait 8-10 weeks to have the color car I wanted. When I spoke to her about the color I wanted, she said, "There are some of those around". Within a week the car I wanted was at the dealership, having been driven from another dealership in Michigan. I've bought a lot of cars over my lifetime. I think I can say without reservation that my experience with Kathy Chapman was the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

Service on my 2013 Subaru Outback I had my 30k mile service current mileage approx 26k. seems like they did a pretty good job, but when I got home I noticed the remote starter did not I had my 30k mile service current mileage approx 26k. seems like they did a pretty good job, but when I got home I noticed the remote starter did not work. I had to bring my car back the next day to determine why the remote starter wasn't working. As it turned out the hood wan't properly shut. I thought the cost of this service, $492 was a bit high. However, it looks like they did a good job other than the the hood not being closed all the way. Thanks, Jeff More
