Against my better judgement, based on the feedback I had received from others about this dealership, I scheduled an appointment to look at my pulsating brakes. The technician had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, and could not offer any insight. He assured me his service adviser would call me back immediately after being on hold for a while. Two days later I have yet to hear back from anybody. When I called to cancel the appointment, based on no response given, the girl who answered the phone could not have cared less. I will be taking my car to a dealership that actually wants business. More

If I could give them zero stars I would. I purchased a car from here about a month ago and was told they pride themselves in selling used cars that were heavily inspected and in great condit I purchased a car from here about a month ago and was told they pride themselves in selling used cars that were heavily inspected and in great condition. Not even a week after I purchased my vehicle, it overheated in the middle of the road and the engine shut off. I brought the vehicle back to them and was told there were multiple things wrong with the car and that I would have to pay $2k to fix it. These weren’t issues that had just popped up, they had clearly been there for a while. After several conversations they had agreed to lower the cost down to $1.2k and I had to pay this price or I basically wouldn’t have a car to drive (this was money I didn’t have.) Flash forward to now (not even a month later) I am having more issues with several leaks in the engine that I now have to get checked out and pay MORE money for. I am a college student that has to commute and I can’t be paying for all of these repairs that should’ve been fixed or made aware of before I purchased this vehicle. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY SORT OF CAR FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!! They willingly sell cars that have multiple issues and half the time the warranties they try to get you to sell don’t even cover them. More
