Against my better judgement, based on the feedback I had received from others about this dealership, I scheduled an appointment to look at my pulsating brakes. The technician had absolutely no idea what I was talking about, and could not offer any insight. He assured me his service adviser would call me back immediately after being on hold for a while. Two days later I have yet to hear back from anybody. When I called to cancel the appointment, based on no response given, the girl who answered the phone could not have cared less.
