First Outback had to be "lemon law-ed" Bought another because I liked the car Bought the 10 year/100,000 mile warranty because I was told it would even cover a ripped seat cover. The only thing, they said, it wouldn't cover was oil changes and the like. I took my 2018 Outback in, today, to get fix a vibration from under the car (assume it's the heat shield) fixed and was told it wasn't covered under my warranty. When I disputed this, I was told, by the service rep, that they wished the sales people would stop telling customers that it covered everything, because it doesn't. I said, so basically you want them to stop lying. I left. I'll take it to someone I trust. More

I have leased approximately 10 vehicles with this dealership over the past 5-6 years. I always worked with Jason Fox who was timely, helpful, and extremely customer oriented. Now that he is gone, their customer service is simply outrageous! On a separate note, their used car manager is simply the worst. Every time I traded in a vehicle (leased and serviced at their dealership) their initial trade in offer was incredibly low and I had to fight to get an offer that was in the ball park. Avoid this dealership!!! More
The used car manager Robert is the most disrespectful person that I have met at a dealership or anywhere for that matter. The guy came out of his office not to decline my offer but to technically throw u person that I have met at a dealership or anywhere for that matter. He was so disrespectful and condescending and that was after we made a single offer that was 1000$ below asking. The only reason we went through with a deal is because of our sales rep Joel, he saved the entire deal with his amazing attitude and being very respectful and helpful. It’s a shame that this dealership is supposedly being ran by someone with such a toxic attitude. Do yourself a favor and stay away from that dealership unless you are going to be dealing with Joel and make it known that you dont wanna deal with the so called manager. More
