I take my Legacy to Lafontaine Subaru for all my service needs. Their staff are terrific, and they always do a great job for me. My only wish is that they offered more amenities for waiting service customer needs. Their staff are terrific, and they always do a great job for me. Everyone here is always so kind, and dare I say funny! ? Appointments are easy to come by, and are so easy to make on the website for service. I really appreciate that everyone is so kind when you're waiting for your car to be completed. When waiting, there are refreshments and some snacks available, which is nice! I also love being able to see the inspection video of the car while I'm in the waiting room; that's so cool!! Everyone makes you feel like family when you're here - and you truly do not find that at every dealership. It's quite a drive for me to come here, almost an hour one way - But I am happy to do it, because of the outstanding service I receive, not only this time; but every time! More

My experience here was amazing, Luc in service got me in & out of the dealership within an hour for my oil change, tire rotation, & system upgrade! Absolutely the worst dealership I have worked with! Agreed on a price for $500 less than listed. At that time the title was lost by the bank (not their fault) so had to wait 5 days. All is good once that arrived until the paperwork begins. Spoke with Tiffany, original salesperson, as to the status. Mike, used car manager, said that he could get a lower rate than I was offered. I was arranging shipping from MI to PA, sending my insurance, license and all they needed. Downhill from there. Tiffany had no clue what was going on so the 4 times I asked him to call back with any updates, only got one back to explain he was busy all day Friday and would get back “First thing Monday morning”. I finally call at 4 pm and they were working on it. Most common excuse for them. So now the price jumped back up to listing, finances were at the same rate keeping in mind that since I didn’t own it until then the shipper could not pick up. The GM was involved also. Their on me to get this out within 2 days which was set until the delay caused by them. Had to get another shipper which cost me $100 more. Finally it’s ready. Spoke with Tiffany again and asked to have the paperwork in the car so I can get the necessary changes in PA. No communication between staff as I assume they mailed it. Now I have a car on Thursday that cannot be driven without it. I call back again on Friday 2 times and 10 am and was looking for a tracking number but I never received a return call even after my second call at 3 pm. In summary no one knew what the other was doing, cost me the $495 added back (legally fine but ethically you decide), $100 more for expedited shipping, and no follow through with paperwork or call back just to let me know where the documents I need are at. Now I have a car that sits, no return on my calls. Do NOT trust these people at least for a locate vehicle. More

He made it a completely positive experience from start to finish. The customer waiting area is especially comfortable, too, with comfortable seating, coffees, water and snacks. Kevin kept my posted on the status during my wait. More
