Service has fallen off of a cliff since LaFontaine acquired. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone. Non-responsive to comment on their website with specific concerns. To get a replacement ve acquired. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone. Non-responsive to comment on their website with specific concerns. To get a replacement vehicle for service on my Black Label Navigator, they are 3 weeks out. The last time I had it in, they had to order parts and never let me know when they were in. I know there are lots more important things in the world, but I can't believe how a premium brand that boasts of service levels can deteriorate so fast with a change in ownership. The employees seem to be aware of it as well, which is sad. More
