Service has fallen off of a cliff since LaFontaine acquired. It's hard to get someone to answer the phone. Non-responsive to comment on their website with specific concerns. I know there are lots more important things in the world, but I can't believe how a premium brand that boasts of service levels can deteriorate so fast with a change in ownership.
