Michael picked up to assure the ending of our lease, extension of our lease, and purchase of a new lease were timely and accommodating. The easy and comfortable service continued. He was extremely accommodating of our time schedule, ordering, extending a lease, and delivery of the vehicle. He took care of all the details, was very professional, and was very thorough and complete. His customer approach made everything "user friendly." In the past, we have always appreciated the excellent care in the service department. Likewise, past service has been a major reason for continuing to purchase from Pfeiffer. The service department is terrible. Not what you’d expect from a luxury car dealer. I brought my car in for 60k mile service, and some modem issues, and they gave me my car back with no 60k service done, jus from a luxury car dealer. I brought my car in for 60k mile service, and some modem issues, and they gave me my car back with no 60k service done, just a simple oil change—but with no multi-point inspection, no tire rotation, and for twice as much as every other oil change I’ve got from them before. They didn’t even look at the modem. They give Lincoln a bad name, I’m going to have to find a new place to bring my car and pay someone else for the services they didn’t want to give me I guess. More
