It was covered under Hyundai Warranty. I originally thought it was going to be a huge hassle to make a claim on the Warranty, because lets face the truth a Warranty sounds great until you make a claim which typically means the fine print had some type of clause where your claim will be rejected. We'll guess what not only is the service excellent but the stood ten toes down on ensuring everything about my experience was covered through the Warranty and they communicated every step of the way. I could not have asked for a better experience with Hyundai and the Livonia Dealership. They honestly care about your experience. They honestly care about getting the job done right. I would give them 20 stars if I could and do a commercial about this dealership that GETs it Done RIGHT! FOREVER a Fan of Hyundai Livonia! Honestly unpaid review and experience. As a 40 year Ford Motor customer with a lease ending soon and no affordable options, I visited a number of dealerships to see what other makes and models might be feasible. I certainly did not expect to be driving out of one of them in a new car that night. However LaFontaine Hyundai Livonia made me an offer I couldn’t refuse. They were able to work with me to get the new car I liked (the Tucson) with price and payment options that fit my budget without a large outlay of cash. Kudos to my salesman Danny for working hard to make this transaction happen. Highly recommend. More
