I don't even know where to begin. ..I purchased a BRAND NEW Hyundai Santa Fe and within 3 weeks of having it, 2 of my PIRELLI tires EXPLODED. I contacted the dealership where i had rec ..I purchased a BRAND NEW Hyundai Santa Fe and within 3 weeks of having it, 2 of my PIRELLI tires EXPLODED. I contacted the dealership where i had recently purchased it...3 weeks ago...and Howard offered to cover a rental for me and he waited for the tow truck and for my aunt to drop my keys. That Monday, i drove up to the dealership to see what could be done. i had to purchase 2 tires for a car i JUST purchased 3 weeks ago!!!!! I started to do some research and apparently this is an ongoing problem with these tires!!!!! And although Hyundai and Pirelli are aware of it, THEY DONT CARE. After harassing and begging Howard and Christina to open a warranty claim with Pirelli, in which they both told me there was no way they'd ever reimburse me, they finally agreed to submit it. I would have done it myself but when i reached out to Pirelli, they told me only the dealership had to process the claim. They practically blackmailed me into purchasing the replacement tires from them. They said if i didnt they wouldn't submit my claim to Pirelli, even though that was my only option! Can you guess what arrived in the mail a few weeks later...MY REINBURSEMENT CHECK...which PROVES, theyre aware and know theres an issue. Now...heres where it gets even grimier on this dealership and Mr. Howard. Remeber how i said Howard offered to pay for my rental...well orginally they jsut deducted the rental from my purchase of the new tires. So when it came to them issuing me a reimbursement check for the tires, HE STOLE the rental money from me! At first i thought it was a mistake, so i texted him about it. AND sure enough, it wasn't a mistake!!! So i reached out to the owner of the dealership to see if this is how they treat their customers. AND apparently it is lol. I spoke with Max, who at first acted as if he gave a xxxx, but ultimlay he was fine with Howard stealing the rental money. Good luck with this dealership. Youre gonna need it. More

Horrible service department- can talk to anyone on phone except robot. I had no issues with my car until the recall when they installed back up camera with fingerprints! Called service manager Christina except robot. I had no issues with my car until the recall when they installed back up camera with fingerprints! Called service manager Christina 3 times and no call back. Salesman of course no longer works there, don’t blame him. I would recommend a different dealership for a better or any customer service More

Terrible customer service, terrible attitude, and they don't care about the customer one bit. The personal are rude and they have no communication to the customer on what is happening with their car.
