Dean Snell is THE best dealer I have ever dealt with! Dean is by far the BEST kind of salesperson that you would want to work with when purchasing a car - he is kind, patient, listens to your needs and do Dean is by far the BEST kind of salesperson that you would want to work with when purchasing a car - he is kind, patient, listens to your needs and does everything humanly possible to get you the best price ever. Because of Dean, I was able to find my dream new car and negotiate all via text (vs. stepping into the dealership beforehand or phone call). When my husband stepped into the dealership on Wednesday evening to test drive the car, Dean wasn't pushy and was just... HELPFUL. Imagine that. When I walked into the dealership on Friday afternoon to purchase the car, Dean sat with me and my 4 month old baby for almost two hours so I could wait for my husband, as he was stuck at work, before we signed the final paperwork for our car. When new customers walked in, he helped set them up with other sales reps so I can sit at his desk (vs. pushing me to a waiting area so he can close another sale).
