I provided my cell phone number, and from then, I was able to exchange texts with Angelica Vartnian who checked in appropriately to see if she could help, but wasn't a pest. I told her when we were coming in. We also received a call from an 800 number to ensure our needs were being met, all while we still hadn't yet set foot in the dealership showroom. When I told Angelica we were ready to visit the dealership, she referred me to speak with Jim, the Sales Manager. He referred us to Dean Snell, who was coincidentally who my friend who referred me to Lafontaine worked with. We didn't wait AT ALL once we walked into the dealership, which isn't what I could say about other dealerships, where we had to remind them that we were waiting -- not here! Dean was so cool! He was attentive, personable, and as my 19 year old daughter said, he made the car buying process fun. I thought so too. I never felt like I was being forced into buying something -- he was there to serve US, and it seemed like a mere bonus that he got a car sale out of the deal - LOL! He knew it was my daughter's first car purchase ever, and he was just as excited as she was, which was so refreshing!! Corace helped us with financing (got us a great interest rate - THANK YOU!), and he offered us all the "other stuff" that we could get, and he explained them all to us, the benefits, but just let me select what I wanted or not. Very professional. I would highly recommend anyone go to this dealership based on this experience. More
