I came in to LaFontaine Honda on the recommendation of a coworker who recently leased a car from Kim Moore. It was truly a no pressure visit. I felt comfortable while looking at my options. Kim was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She made sure that we knew all of our options for purchasing and leasing and did not pressure us to make a decision on our first visit. I was treated with the outmost respect and care by these people. Kim Moore is an outstanding dealer and a wonderful individual. She treated me like family. She didn't let me leave the place without me being comfortable with everything regarding my car. I have asked her numerous questions about the car and she always was prompt and pleasant about all my concern. I never met her before but I feel like I known her forever and that she really cares about me and my feeling/concerns and not only to make a sale. She is the old fashion car saleswoman that puts her heart and soul in her work and cares about people. I wish there were more people like her out there. I was on the verge of changing my mind but she was the one who kept me on the path. I'm glad that I stuck with her and I got my dream car. I don't think that I would like to go back to Lafontaine if she was not there anymore. Thank you Kim you are amazing! More
You gotta go see Kim Moore! She set us up big time and kept us up to day throughout the process. We had a Pilot in mind and when they found one that had to be driven from Milwaukee, I asked if she could kept us up to day throughout the process. We had a Pilot in mind and when they found one that had to be driven from Milwaukee, I asked if she could possibly find one closer so as not to purchase a new car with 400 miles on it. Yeah, I was being overly picky, but she found one much closer within a couple days and we now have an awesome new SUV. Great service - met sales manager, service manager, GM. All extremely friendly and appreciative of our business. Will take my business to LaFontaine even though they are a bit further away. More
I traveled three hours each way to buy my new Honda from LaFontaine. This is the second new Honda Odyssey we've purchased from LaFontaine. By far, LaFontaine had the lowest prices for my new vehicle and the highest trade-in value for my old Honda. Customer service is supreme at LaFontaine - Kimberly Moore is a treasure! I had received a preapproved mailing from LaFontaine and thought it was not legitimate. I had my doubts about going, as we needed a second vehicle very badly and URGENTLY. However, I called the toll-free number and someone called me back immediately. We then set the appointment for the following day, and I was told what I needed to bring to the appointment. Upon arrival there, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Mike's assistant, Carrie, was a gem. She made me and my husband feel very comfortable and at ease, while she completed the necessary paperwork for us. Despite our credit issues, her nor Mike made us feel unworthy of getting financed for a vehicle. Mike Curry assured us, that he was doing everything in his power to get us a vehicle, and he came through on his word. Then, we were introduced to Ha, who was really a down to earth and caring person. I have never been treated like that a dealership. EVER!!! I have had experiences at large businesses, which were not so pleasant. But, boy oh boy, how Lafontaine's staff changed my impression. Everyone that we encountered, made us feel as though they wanted us to have the vehicle we selected. Even the sales manager, was just so kind and nice to us. Ha, did above and beyond her call of duty, in my opinion. She made sure that our vehicle was nice and clean, and with a full tank of gas. Her assurance of the whole process, put me at ease. She walked us through the features of the new vehicle, and even did demos for us so that we would ride in comfort. What more could you ask for in a dealership, and better yet even your sales consultants? In my opinion, they have the best people on their team. This experience has been A1, from the moment I walked in the door. So to anyone, anyone, having doubts about going to LaFontaine-don't worry. They got your back!!! I loved my experience, and meeting everyone in the LaFontaine family group, that assisted us! I have found me a new dealership, and won't be purchasing from anyone else in the future. Entire experience was a positive one as the salesman, William Orr, was able to identify the car a wanted, for the price I wanted in a matter of less than 30 minutes. This is the second car purchased from Lafontaine Honda and I intend to continue the relationship. No gimmicks or "fine print" in any of the dealings with the staff, everything was explained and the numbers were exactly where I was comfortable. An overall completely positive experiece. Thanks! I am 20 years old and this was the first car buying experience for myself. I went to go see Ha and she more than helpful, made sure all my questions were answered. I did not buy a Honda, but rather a K experience for myself. I went to go see Ha and she more than helpful, made sure all my questions were answered. I did not buy a Honda, but rather a KIA but I still worked with Ha and i couldnt of asked for a better sales person. She went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me, even after the 3 hours spent driving like 5 different cars. Malcolm was also very helpful in buying my car they knew which one i wanted and helped me get that car. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is interested in buying a car. I will probably never go anywhere else to purchase a car. More
