My husband and I owned a 2004 Honda for almost nine years. This car was very dependable and had over 256,000 miles logged. Tony Falzetta is the only salesperson who approached me even after I walked around looking at the cars in the showroom. He answered all my questions and was very patient as I spoke with my husband (who was at work) about our options. All in all, Tony helped make this purchase a pleasant experience. I was in a new Honda within the hour. Thanks to Tony! More
When purchasing this vehicle, we were in the dealership for well over six hours waiting for various employees to acually show up and help us. We were pressured to give them all excellent ratings, stating that Honda Corporation accepts nothing less, but they gave us far less than EXCELLENT service. Since recently paying this car off early, I have called this dealership numerous tmes to try to obtain information about my potential refund on gap insurance, credit life insurance and extended warranty after paying my car off. I have talked to numerous people, left numerous voice mail messages, been cut off, dealt with people who do not know whether or not individuals have voice mail "set up," etc. The telephone number that was provided me as the Honda number i actually the Toyota number (which hasn't stopped them from taking my name and telephone number numerous times, despite that fact that they are Toyota and I had a Honda). In frustration, I have recently called to talk to the dealership owner, who never seems to actually be AT the dealership. People at this dealership are friendly until you close the deal, then they can't possibly care less about service, and apparenly few of then know how to use a teephone. Today's frustration: A female phone robot who kept repeating that she just works Saturdays answering the phones and doesn't known what is going on. She did provide me with the extension for Joe Neff, who is the latest person I am supposed to speak with, but then she disconnected my call trying to transfer me to his voice mail. She also stated she was not sure if his voice mail was "set up" or not. Why would anyone at any business have a voice mail that was not "set up." More
I purchased a Honda Element from LaFontaine 2 years ago , and went to get my oil changed. While there I was approached by Salama who asked if I was being helped, I advised that I was there for an oil change and went to get my oil changed. While there I was approached by Salama who asked if I was being helped, I advised that I was there for an oil change but that I wanted to know more about the equity trade in email I received. Salama explained how it worked and the details of the event. I told Salama that I would only be interested in another vehicle that was AWD, since that is what I was driving. I did not have time to stay that day, so we agreed that I would return the next day. Saturday I returned to the dealer with my husband, we sat with Salama going over what options we were looking for etc. I was offered two CRV's to look at and drive. The sales experience I had with Salama far surpassed that of the Element. Salama was extremely knowledgeable and went over every detail of the sale as well as every option on the vehicle itself. Meanwhile my husband inquired about trading in his vehicle, Salama showed him an Accord that was in the showroom, the husband liked it so much...we ended up trading in both vehicles. While waiting for some information to come back on my car, Salama drove my husband back to our house to pick up his trade in. We are so impressed with the sales experience we had with Salama . La Fontaine has gained itself two new loyal customers. More

I saw my sales person Ha Parrinello and I remembered that she had sent a letter to me that I came in on a Saturday for my maintenance oil change. I saw my sales person Ha Parrinello and I remembered that she had sent a letter to me that said that I could get out of my lease early and trade up. Of course I figured that it was too soon considering I had the car for only one year. I was surprised to learn that I was able to leave there with a 2012 Honda Accord that is fully loaded (the car is sharp !) and she (the Accord) has a nice ride as well! What makes it even better was my payment was lower as well. I have made a commitment to this dealer because when no others would be there for me,, Ha Parrinello and the staff at Lafontaine Honda are there for me to make sure that I can get what I want. You should come in a give them a try. I know I may sound like their commercial but,,, they really do treat you like family! Ask for Ha Parrinello, she will take her time with you, sit down and really listen to what you want and what you have in mind and she will get you into a nice Honda. Katrina M. Arnold More

I have recently purchased a Honda CRV with Honda LaFontaine. After submitting the necessary requirements, I had to wait till monday. Around 9 AM, I got a phone call from Salama that I got approved to get one with the help of Ms. Michelle Cafeo. Before going to this dealership, I also have gone to another which I wouldn't recommend at all. Overall, my experience with the services of LaFontaine dealership was excellent. To the LaFontaine family, you got two keeper employees. If ever I have to buy another vehicle, I would again buy in this dealership. I am recommending to all of my family and friends to buy in this dealership. More

Ha Parrinello has been our sales agent for many years. We have leased several Honda's thru her. The reason we keep going back is because she doesn't play the sales game with us like some other dealers and a have leased several Honda's thru her. The reason we keep going back is because she doesn't play the sales game with us like some other dealers and agents we've had in the past. Ha finds out what we want and need and does everything she can to meet our needs. She is very low key, but very knowledgeable about her product line. She truly has your best interest in mind when you deal with her. Last year, Ha went out of her way to help us turn in a Honda our son bought in another state. She didn't get paid for any of that. Ha is not just a sales person to us, she is a friend. When your out to buy a car and know you have to go thru that dreaded process, its nice to have someone you trust to help you thru it. I would definetly recommend Ha Parrinello at LaFontaine as the sales agent to go to if someone is looking to purchase or lease a Honda. J.Shirlin More

After several weeks of researching and test driving many different models (my wife is very picky), she came to the conclusion that the Kia Soul was the vehicle for her. Ha did a fantastic job getting us the best deal she could find on the Soul. By waiting, we were able to take advantage of future deals that we would not have had an opportunity to eligible for without Ha's guidance. My wife ended up leasing the Kia Soul for the price and lease term length she was originally looking for. I would recommend Ha to all of my family members and friends.
