Oil change price increase! I had a wonderful experience on Friday, November 7th having my oil changed at Lafontaine Honda in Dearborn. The only thing I didn't expect was that th I had a wonderful experience on Friday, November 7th having my oil changed at Lafontaine Honda in Dearborn. The only thing I didn't expect was that the price went up $10.00! I know prices of everything goes up daily, but this was a bit of a shock. I wish we could go back to the $9.95 price or even the $19.95. I don't know what could be done to give incentives to long time customers - maybe a free oil change on their birthday, now that's a thought! Let me know what you think. Pam Cook More

Purchase of NEW vehicle I had bought a Honda in the past and had Ha Parrinello as my sales person at that time. We were now at the time to look for another new vehicle, which I had bought a Honda in the past and had Ha Parrinello as my sales person at that time. We were now at the time to look for another new vehicle, which the Honda CRV and Toyota RAV4 were interests of ours. When I spoke with her, she was more than happy and willing to show us both vehicles even tho her desk is located in the Honda dealership. She answered our questions and sought answers for those she didn't know. When we decided on the RAV4, she showed us several and made sure we got the one we wanted. We personally like Ha and feel real comfortable around her. She a real personable person and it showed from all of the "hello"'s from fellow workers in various departments all the way to past clients / buyers. I personally recommend to give her a chance to work for you. She sells all the brands La Fontaine has to offer, even from locations off site from the Dearborn location. Give her a chance.
