Bought a new Honda Pilot 2015 Worst experience ever with the worst staffs. Our sale person was Dean Snell and he wasn't even polite and didn't have any good customer service being Worst experience ever with the worst staffs. Bought the Honda Pilot on Saturday but came in to resign the agreement on Monday and to get the truck but the truck was dirty with stain on the seats and inside the front hood was dirty all around. I told Den Snell it was dirty for a brand new truck and he said he'll have them clean it but it took over 2 hours. Went back to look at the truck still dirty and I was upset that a dealer that sells a brand new Honda Pilot didn't even clean it well and plus crumbs inside the truck. Den Snell went outside to clean the truck but still couldn't do anything so my husband took over and cleaned it in front of Dean Snell. Plus watch out for these sales peoples at this Lafontaine Honda in Dearborn, MI Telegraph cause all they do is talk and walk away from there customers and they will definitely sell you a vehicle with the high price instead of the correct price on online. Dean Snell never apologize to us when we were there for almost 3 hours and plus he knew I was 37 weeks pregnant. Also luckily I'm an honest person so when we left the parking lot, I had to remind my husband to go back inside to give him our down payment for the truck. So my husband went back inside to give him the down payment and it took Den Snell almost 30 mins just to process that. My husband told him this had been the worst experience he had buying a vehicle and Dean got kinda aggressive and said did you want me to go on my hands and knees and my husband said no. My husband had call the dealer back to talk to a manager when we got home and the sales manager Kris Purdy said he already had talked to Dean Snell and apologized. I was upset cause this brand new Honda Pilot is for me and this had to be the 1st vehicle that I bought that was dirty and not clean for a brand new suv. I call back to talk to the general manager and the receptionist transfered me to Jim whom I she said was the general manager but it went to his voice mail and I left a message but he never called me back. So today I called back again to talk to Lafontaine Honda CEO Ryan but went straight to his voice mail so I left a message but he never called me back. THIS IS THE WORST HONDA DEALER AND TO EVERYONE WHO WANTS TO BUY A HONDA VEHICLE GO TO ANOTHER HONDA DEALER CAUSE THIS DEALER IS NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL AND DON'T TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS WELL AT ALL!!!! It's ashame that even the higher up peoples here don't care what the customers say when there employees screw up!!!! Plus there guest relationship Jessica called and I told her how bad the service was and she said she'll talk to the CEO and see what she can do to help. I told her I need in letter head stating that they shred the 1st agreement that the price was incorrect and she said yes she'll send me a copy and in writing on letter head stating that they had shred the agreement information and she'll send me a couple business cards with her name, phone number, fax number and email to me and she'll try to get me a detail cleaning coupon. I never received anything from her for over a week and so I called her back and she claim she sent it to me and she'll resend me the stuff and if I don't receive it the next day then I can call her. Well I never receive anything the next day so I called her but she didn't pick up so I left a message but she still won't call me back so I had call her again the next day and no answer and I left her another message on her voice mail. It's ashame all these peoples that work here lie so much and I hope Honda head quarters will get rid of this whole staff cause they're not helpful, worst customer services and lie to customers. EVERYONE PLEASE BE CAREFUL CAUSE THIS LAFONTAINE HONDA DEARBORN, MI TELEGRAPH IS THE WORST HONDA DEALER TO DO BUSINESS WITH ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND LIE!!!! More
