Yesterday morning I got a call from one of their sales executive-Dean and he offered me an OOD price for Honda CRV 2017.The offered price was in my budget but just to make sure I asked him again. He sent an email mentioning that price as well as texted me the same price. Also he told me that this price is valid for yesterday only as it was last working day (Feb 28th). I drove all 1.30 hrs from Lansing and reached there, and then he said that price he gave by mistake. It's Crazy. He was lying straight on my face. I complained to his manager and he was defending him as if it's my mistake. While we were discussing this guy was giving crook smile as if it is daily routine to him. Please beware; I don't want your day to be ruined as well as car buying experience. More

Honest and Straight Forward I came into the dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle for my family. I was in a tight spot, given I had gone way over on my miles for my lease I came into the dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle for my family. I was in a tight spot, given I had gone way over on my miles for my lease at the time and still had two months to go. Ha and the team did a great job at giving us all of our options and while we decided not to purchase, they were able to do an early lease turn in with my vehicle, roll in the overages and got me out the door in a new lease within 45 minutes. Ha did an awesome job at answering all of my questions and was very straight forward with the numbers. I would definitely recommend Ha Parrinello and LaFontaine Honda to family and friends. More

Good customer service, misleading pricing I was led to believe I was getting a reduction of price when in reality it appears the money was just moved around.
