Honest and Straight Forward I came into the dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle for my family. I was in a tight spot, given I had gone way over on my miles for my lease I came into the dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle for my family. I was in a tight spot, given I had gone way over on my miles for my lease at the time and still had two months to go. Ha and the team did a great job at giving us all of our options and while we decided not to purchase, they were able to do an early lease turn in with my vehicle, roll in the overages and got me out the door in a new lease within 45 minutes. Ha did an awesome job at answering all of my questions and was very straight forward with the numbers. I would definitely recommend Ha Parrinello and LaFontaine Honda to family and friends. More
Good customer service, misleading pricing I was led to believe I was getting a reduction of price when in reality it appears the money was just moved around. "Was I left alone for more than five minutes?" not sure how as a 37 year old to answer this, other than to say that they trusted me enough to leave me alone and did not seem to notice anything I broke while wandering around. So I hope my answer is correct. This is the place I bought my very first car from, all by myself. I was younger then and being treated like an adult and not someone trying to swindle me spoke volumes. Bobby Adams did a great job laying out my options and earned a lifelong customer. That was over 10 years ago and now much like then life changes. Back then I bought the car I lease and paid out the nose for it because when it came to turn it in, it had 60,000 miles on it. Not their fault but life changed and I needed to drive more than what I allotted on the lease, due to work. I kept that car for another seven years which endeared me to Honda forever. What a great car. So when my Accord started showing its age in September, I brought the old girl in and sat with Ha (Bobby is out but had previously introduced me to Ha) to discuss my options. As my past review stated I got a brand new 2016 CRV EX (the one with the infotainment system), again on a lease. I loved it and the sales experience with Honda and Ha. In fact I had, a week before I came back in , driven it to Philadelphia PA, got 27 mpg and it handled the mountains and mud really well. So the Good Lord showing his sense of humor placed before me another life event one month after my lease started. Basically my family was going down to one car and I was going to have to drive more than 12,000 miles a year. So I had a second car to sell (2013 Ford Edge) and a lease that needed to be a purchase. So I went to a bunch of Ford Dealers and they offered me $13,000 for the Edge. Then I called Ha up to see if she could help me out. Ha offered me $14,000 for the Edge and gave me the purchase price on the CRV which would have left me at about $405 a month for 6 years (roughly.) Ha had one 2017 in stock at the trim level I currently had. I had seen this vehicle before and really liked all of its safety features as well as Android car play. Before I filled out the credit app Ha suggested a test drive. I took her up on it and fell in love with the car. The car was leaps and bounds beyond what I had. The collision mitigation system worked great (no I did not try to crash it), lane keeping assist made driving effortless, and the adaptive cruise control works flawlessly (I tried this after purchase). The car basically drives itself, certainly safer than I do. Plus all the buttons and gages were really cool. I wanted this car but only if it made sense. So here is the problem, between the two cars I had a ton of negative equity $7,000. If I went with the 2016 I had I would need to put about $4,000 to $5,000 (confirmed after purchase with my bank) and would have a 6%-7% interest rate since it is also a used car. So it would have been pretty expensive and also I did not have $5,000 to put down. So Mark (I think that is his name) the sales manager went to work hard and fast trying to find a bank to work with me. I called several including my credit union. For only $3,000 down I got a 2.7% interest rate. Total cost was $515 a month including the tire care package. So I jumped on it. Needless to say I love the car and have no regrets on my purchase. So that is how I ended the shortest lease in Lafontaine history and bought a really cool car. One thing I would like to point out about them and Honda is the lack of any attempt to sell an extended warranty. They just know there is no need for one on a Honda as these cars never die until well after they expire. This made the financing much more pleasant and faster. Hope that does not get anyone in trouble if they were suppose to offer the warranty. If they did I would have just laughed. As always, going there was less a car buying experience and more about spending time with friends. They have certainly earned a lifelong customer. More

Ha made herself accessible as we had questions and worked with our somewhat crazy family and work schedules. We even edited our financing options after they were initially settled on and Ha did what she needed to behind the scenes to better meet the needs of our family. At pick-up, Ha took time to show us all the bells and whistles on our vehicle. I am sure several of them I would have never discovered. She assisted us in programming our radio presets and Bluetooth speed dials. Ha even had a video to share with my son who sat in the back seat, mesmerized by the movie and wireless headset. She snapped a few cute photos to share with us as well to celebrate our new purchase. We will certainly recommend Ha to our family and friends. More
