Great experience once again! The sales and service department at LaFontaine Honda in Dearborn MI is without comparison in the metro-Detroit area. I shopped a CRV for over a year The sales and service department at LaFontaine Honda in Dearborn MI is without comparison in the metro-Detroit area. I shopped a CRV for over a year before taking the leap about a month ago. I traded in my 2012 Accord Special Edition - which I also bought from LaFontaine & LOVED for 5 years. I decided about a year ago to make the move to the CRV. During that time I visited the dealership a couple of times, almost bought a model end 2016, but waited until the time was absolutely right for me and purchased a 2017 CRV-EXL. During my shopping time, the staff at LaFontaine was always responsive, but not pushy. I had the pleasure to work with Don LaFontaine last summer, and bought from Ha Parinello 3 weeks ago. No one hounded me, bombarded me with "special deals", they let me take my time and exceeded my expectations. Ha brought in the exact color and interior I wanted, understood I still would test drive & would not commit until I was sure. She spent time with me running through the technology, setting up anything I asked for. This is a great dealership and their service department is without parallel. Another awesome experience at LaFontaine. My only regret is that I didn't find them 20 years ago! You just can't go wrong with this group. More

Best New Car Purchase Experience Ever I have been buying cars for many decades at other dealers; coming to Lafontaine Honda was the best decision I ever could make. I was fortunate to mak I have been buying cars for many decades at other dealers; coming to Lafontaine Honda was the best decision I ever could make. I was fortunate to make initial contact with Ha Parrinello, Sales Professional. Even though she was extraordinarily busy, she made me feel right at home. Over the next several days, we were in frequent contact with one another, and she always texted me back immediately, answering my many questions. She is friendly, efficient, knowledgeable about her product, and someone who NEVER allows you to feel you are being pressured. I would totally recommend her to anyone considering purchasing a Honda; you simply could not do any better. She worked in perfect synch with her sales manager, Mark Shankowski, who was also wonderful to work with. It marks the first time I left a dealer not feeling mentally exhausted from constant haggling back and forth. After purchasing the car, I DID feel like part of the family (like their commercials). We actually hugged one another (Ha and Mark). Due to their efficiency, I look forward to also working with the service department, hopefully having a long and friendly relationship with the Lafontaine group. This is the way all dealers should operate. More
