They went above and beyond! I was looking to purchase a 2017 CRV -and trade in my 2013 CRV. I went to both Lafontaine and Suburban Honda! Lafontaine went above and beyond - offe I was looking to purchase a 2017 CRV -and trade in my 2013 CRV. I went to both Lafontaine and Suburban Honda! Lafontaine went above and beyond - offered me what I wanted for my trade- gave me a bigger discount than Suburban - threw in wheel locks- threw in paint protection with a warranty- threw in 3 free oil changes and 3 free tire rotations! Suburban Honda said if I wanted the amount I requested fir my trade in the car better come in with no wear and tear- needing nothing but an oil change and my credit rating needed to hit 800! Suburban Honda didn't make any concessions to sell me a car where Lafontaine bent over backwards to make me a new customer of theirs! My sales lady Ms. Parrinello and sales manager Mark were great to deal with! Their friendliness and generosity with all the extras they threw in made it a pleasure making the drive to Dearborn from Southfield Mi. If you're thinking of going to Suburbsn Honda I would suggest you don't waste your time and just go to Lafontaine! You'll be glad you did! More
