ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM! ! I was completely ripped off. Odell Williams was my salesman. He seemed like a decent guy. He knew I was a single mom. He knew I depended on my car t ! I was completely ripped off. Odell Williams was my salesman. He seemed like a decent guy. He knew I was a single mom. He knew I depended on my car to make money to take care of my family. He watched how hard it was for me to come up with the money to buy this car. It took every penny I had and then some. Yet he still sold me a $7,500 piece of garbage. I was so excited when I bought this car. I love it. Has all the features I wanted. 2 weeks after I bought it my check engine light came on. I dropped it off at my mechanic. He called me a couple hours later. Just a spark plug. No big deal. Not even 2 weeks later I had to take it back to the mechanic for the same problem. In 5 weeks my car was at the mechanic 3 times for the same problem! (Yes. I contacted Odell the first time. He promised to call me back in 20 minutes 3 times and never called!) According to my mechanic there’s no way the dealership didn’t know that cylinder 2 was bad. My mechanic told me if I didn’t stop using my car that I just bought for work, I wouldn’t have a car at all in a couple weeks. I need to have a car to get my child to school and myself and my children to doctor’s appointments. My daughter and I have health problems. So 2 weeks before Christmas I’m unemployed and facing homelessness. I’m physically disabled and my job options are limited. That’s why I used my car for work. I have no money and no possible way to purchase another vehicle. Thanks Odell. I hope that commission you got was worth me and my 3 children being homeless. *I have only been driving my car when absolutely necessary. I went less than 100 miles before my check engine light came on for a 4th time!* More

My mom and I had a great experience buying a car here. Alyssa helped us purchase a car for my Mom from start to finish. She was so nice, thoughtful and above all honest about what our options were and what was realistic which was really refreshing. She was not pushy and it didn't feel like her goal was a sale for the sake of a sale. She really wanted to make sure we ended up with a car my Mom would enjoy throughout ownership. She allowed us to move at a pace that was comfortable for us and answered all of our questions thoroughly. You can tell she really enjoys her work and wants a satisfied customer when it's all said and done. More

Just a terrible experience working with Lafontaine. Sadly, I was referred over to this dealership by a MEMBER of the Lafontaine family after starting the process with a different Honda dealership. I genuinely think this was the sales person‘s first deal ever. I mistook his youthful confidence for knowing what he was doing but I was sadly mistaken. I had to explain to him how loan amortization works, and how the final price factors into a monthly payment. He had poor communication and seemed to have no knowledge of the car buying process. He sent over the WRONG WIRING instructions! I had to call and talk to two separate managers to get the correct info (out of the entire car buying process, this is something that cannot be messed up. Then we finally closed and were happy to just drive the car away… until, we received the registration in the mail. Turns out, they put the wrong name on that- which caused problems with the insurance company. “Nothing we can do at this point, we should have caught the issue” - the manager. We needed up having to refinance the loan away from Honda Financing, losing our great rate. Furthermore, you could see that the manager cared more about the selling the car than helping guide the customer. It seems that there was no formal training for this new salesman. We will certainly never buy a car from Lafontaine again. Two major mistakes from the salesman and no help from the manager, not even an apology! More

Today, my service Advisor was Mark Formosa. I was in and out in time under the estimate I was given. Mark was professional, courteous, and answered all of my questions.
