He would send me updates when they had new inventory but was never pushy, which I appreciated. So, I was checking the inventory at LaFontaine just before Memorial Day, since I had a long weekend, and I saw the perfect car for me - a Nissan Sentra 2020. It had great ratings, gas mileage, and looks - inside and out. I sent Garrett an email to check if it was still available. I was already pre-approved through a lender, so I was ready to buy the right car and I felt this was it. It was. I test-drove the car on Tuesday and finalized the paperwork on Thursday. I was driving it by Friday. What a great car. It's a pleasure to drive and it has everything I could want - it looks great, drives great, and feels great. 100% recommend LaFontaine - they have an excellent inventory and I enjoyed working with Garrett and everyone else I met was helpful, positive, and professional. What else do you need?! More
JT does a great job making eye contact, being helpful and explaining things. I went here because Borgman Ford Mazda, where I have always gone before, was booked up for 2 weeks. Just for an oil change! The Quick Lube at LaFontaine was very convenient, and didn't take nearly as always gone before, was booked up for 2 weeks. Just for an oil change! I have had an excellent relationship with them. However, I had my oil changed yesterday and it wasn't as I've experienced in the past. The young men were in no hurry to get the work done. Poor Communication, failure to fix issues, failure to put car parts back on vehicle 100%. Had vehicle for five days and when completing oil change and fluid flushes failed to fill wiper solvent dispenser, bo car parts back on vehicle 100%. Had vehicle for five days and when completing oil change and fluid flushes failed to fill wiper solvent dispenser, bone dry when picked up unfortunately didn’t even notice until needed days later. Avoid until they get their customer service core values, business priorities and people in sync. Very disappointed with my experience and the overall lack of concern from the staff. I was given an apology for all the failures but insincere and came across as just another day at the shop… More
