Although I like the car I purchased from here, the selling process was irritating. The attempted upselling was both borderline predatory coupled with harassment. I almost walked out of that place seve selling process was irritating. The attempted upselling was both borderline predatory coupled with harassment. I almost walked out of that place several times due to these facts. If you are there long enough you will hear the people on the phone, give the exact same speech which really took away the "we care/family feeling" rather than just a read script. The final straw for me leaving a below average rating is that this is the very first car that I have purchased that came with less than a quarter tank of gas. All in all, these are simple, cheap and doable things that would have made me think that they take pride in selling cars. Lastly, I would recommend less hassle from their salesmen and more education in the vehicles they are selling. More

This dealership doesn’t care about their clients, they are only interested in money! The car I bought from them is already giving me issues and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve bought it. Josh Glover talked m are only interested in money! The car I bought from them is already giving me issues and it’s been 2 weeks since I’ve bought it. Josh Glover talked me into buying a car with many issues. When I addressed the check engine light as I was test driving it he downplayed the issue and told me they were going to fix it. When I got the car 3 days later the issue was still there. At this time I already put my deposit down and it was too late. I got sucked into buying a car that I now have to figure out a way to pay for. Please spare your money and don’t go here! More
