Bought a jeep from them had it for a day and there was a loud squeaky noise. My son in law and I fixed the problem. Now two weeks later there is oil all over in my engine. Bring it in and they say it's unsa loud squeaky noise. My son in law and I fixed the problem. Now two weeks later there is oil all over in my engine. Bring it in and they say it's unsafe to drive so I shouldn't drive it!!! Paid 5000 for the jeep now a month later I can't even drive it and they will not fix it and make it right. Never will I go there again!!! More

Very poor customer service! !!! Earlier this year purchased a 2022 Explorer to tow a small camper trailer and was told by the salesperson that it had a 5000# towing capacity. I h !!! Earlier this year purchased a 2022 Explorer to tow a small camper trailer and was told by the salesperson that it had a 5000# towing capacity. I had a class IV trailer hitch installed and a electric brake controller only to find out that the actual towing capacity was 3000#. When I went to the dealership the salesperson said he didn't remember and wasn't apologetic. When I inquired about buying a different vehicle he offered me $7,000.00 less than what I paid. That was a very expensive lease for six months. I purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and my son purchased a $70,000.00 truck from them when they were Keller Ford. We would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership. More
