I met Chris Graham who explained the additional work that needed to be done with my left rear driver-side wheel. May I add that I started at Belle Tire for this 60,000 miles check up. It was going to be a 6-hour wait. I doubt Belle Tire would have found the issue with my tire. Chris told me the wheel would be there the next day and it was. My service experience was fantastic.
