Excellent customer service Tim Ferrin was my Service Advisor. He did an excellent job communicating the issues with my vehicle in a timely matter. Great Service from Advisor Tim Ferrin I arrived at Shuman's for my maintenance appointment completely frazzled. I was crossing the Ambassador Bridge from Windsor and it took me an hour an I arrived at Shuman's for my maintenance appointment completely frazzled. I was crossing the Ambassador Bridge from Windsor and it took me an hour and a half instead of the usual 5 minutes and needless to say, I missed that appointment and another I had scheduled. I ended up calling Tim three times to change my appointment that day, and he assured me each time they would take me whenever I could make it in. When I finally did arrive - I had not figured on Pontiac Trail being completely torn up but it was that kind of day - Tim was calm and patient, (completely opposite to how I was feeling) and reassured me they would get me out as quickly as possible. He was absolutely right. Besides appreciating the great maintenance service Tim and his team provided, I particularly appreciated Tim's calm and efficient manner. I bought the Pacifica at Shuman's, and I received such good service, I drive there for service despite the distance. It has been totally worth it, and Tim showed me again today why I will continue to bring my car to Shuman's. More

I chose to bring my car to Shuman's because Mike Weinstein and Chris O took great care of me and my car. I actually live 1 hour from this dealership. I chose to bring my car to Shuman's because of the great service my daughter has always received. I had not been happy with my local dealership. Mike gave me the timeframe that I was looking at and kept me updated when they found something extra that I hadn't noticed. I never felt as though I had to call to see where they were at in regards to the repairs. I appreciated how fast and how well the work was done. I am very impressed with Mike, Chris, and the whole service department. More

Jonas Diaz an excellent salesman Jonas Diaz did a great job of working with us as we debated the Wrangler vs. the Cherokee. He showed us different models, did several test drives, and Jonas Diaz did a great job of working with us as we debated the Wrangler vs. the Cherokee. He showed us different models, did several test drives, and seemed genuinely committed to wanting to make us not only a customer but a satisfied customer. He accomplished that. Also the service department was very helpful when we could not get the soft top on the new Jeep. They helped us get it secured and I appreciate that. It's obvious Shuman considers us a permanent customer, not just one the day of the sale. More

Here's the short version, with updates in parenthesis: On a cold (fateful) December day, my coworker and I decided to burn our lunch hour by making the 2-minute drive over to Shuman Motors in attempt to look at a new Viper, just for fun. Having no idea who we were, or our financial means, general manager Chris Brough introduced himself and then introduced us to Mr. Dick Shuman. Dick allowed me to test-fit myself into his personal Viper, advising me that "sometimes, this car drives you". Seeing the car in-person (photography cannot capture this car), hearing it start, feeling it shake the ground, and having an opportunity to test-drive the car, was all it took to really appreciate this machine. About a month later, I met with Bob Shuman (name fills me with rage today) and Steve Hacker, who made me a deal. About 5 months later, DJ in finance wrapped up the paperwork in 10 minutes flat, and Steve met me at the factory to pick up the car a few days after. Any drawn-out fantasy I had of owning a Lamboghini has completely faded (has returned two-fold). After Shuman ruined the paint on our Viper and took no responsibility (the price to have the car re-painted is $30,000.00), the car is for sale to the first sucker we can find. To xxxx with Kyle Gordon, Bob Shuman, and Mike Weinstein. We tell everyone I know about the nighmare scenario Shuman has put us through. This dealership cost me $30,000 is lost value; what will they cost you? Learn from my mistake and stay away from this irresponsible dealership. We wish we would have bought a used Lamborghini instead. More
