My sons 2000 Jeep had enough, so he needed a good dependable vehicle for work and school. He lives in South Lyon. I live about 250 miles North in Harbor Springs. He found one he liked rather quickly in one of those auto magazines. He called me up, and we looked at it online. It was at a dealership I had never heard of before, Shumans in Walled Lake Michigan. I looked them up online, they have a very impressive website. The reviews were very good. So I said O.K. I will make the drive and go look at it with him. I have bought several vehicles in my days, and have always hated dealing with dealers, and with good reasons. I hardly ever found them to be honest, or reliable. I would rather go to the dentist. On my drive down I was preparing my self for the let down. Well I have to say I was wrong. The Jeep we were looking at was better than what was described, the price was very attractive, along with the interest rate they gave us for financing the Jeep. I didn't think they could do better than my Credit Union of 3.74%, but they did. Our salesman Scott McHale was very good, answered our questions, friendly, courteous, upfront. The 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee looked like new. When the time comes for me to get another vehicle, I will definately consider Shumans. It was worth the drive. Since sales part went well, I'm expecting that if any service is ever required, that will go just as well. More
