My husband and I had visited the Shuman new car dealership a week prior to coming into the used car division across the street. Sadly, the man we initially saw in "new cars" didn't seem dealership a week prior to coming into the used car division across the street. Sadly, the man we initially saw in "new cars" didn't seem to have time for us and we spent an hour looking through the new car lot by ourselves. (We supposedly had an appointment.) The salesman finally called us a week after we had left, and even then, never gave us the quote that we requested on a specific car. But things always seem to work out how they are meant to be. In the mean time, we saw an awesome Saturn Vue in the used car lot across the street. We went in to find out more about the car. Our salesperson, Scott McHale, was great. He was professional, informative, honest and we drove our "gently used" Saturn Vue home within a few hours thanks to Scott. Thank you to Scott and the people there in used cars who made it happen. We contacted Mike Yezak because my father in law was looking to get a new van. My in-laws are elderly and not in touch with technology or the web so we did most of the legwork for them. We were supposed to visit the dealership to close the sale the previous weekend but my father in law had to go to the hospital. We informed Mike that we would have to defer to the following weekend. Throughout the week Mike contacted us to keep us informed of what we needed to get done as far as title transfer, insurance, pricing, etc. He did much of the legwork including getting the vehicle transferred from another dealership and came in the following Saturday to take care of us, despite the fact that HIS father was in the hospital also. Mike is top notch and made sure we were apprised of everything that was going on in the various departments as far as paperwork, etc. My in-laws drove out with a nice new Dodge Grand Caravan and Mike made it as seamless as possible. The finance Manager also treated my father in-law with the utmost respect and explained each form and what it was for and where to sign to close the sale. I would highly recommend this dealership and we will be contacting Mike again in the fall when my son comes in to buy a new Dodge Dart RT.
