When I arrived at the service drive I was promptly greeted and taken care of. The staff were all friendly and greeted me with smiles. I got my receipt from the cashier and met the carporter in the parking lot. He removed the protective wrap from my seats and handed me my keys with a smile. Everyone was very kind! After a long period (2 wks) Shuman and their representative, Scott McHale worked very closely with my bank with many telephone calls to keep the sales procedure on track. The car was every bit as represented by Scott and even after I had accepted and driven the car home (180 miles) and finding an ugly repair job on the rear lens assembly, we arrived at a great solution. I took a picture of the damaged lens, sent it to Scott via Email and 2 days later the new lens assembly was over nighted to me.
