Had a very good experience in buying our new Chrysler Town and Country van. They answered our questions, sat down with us to go over all the paperwork and went over how to use all the new features of our Town and Country van. They gave us all the information we needed to make our new purchase. After a week with our new van, we had a couple of questions and went back to the dealer. Our salesman was unavaiable and we were helped by another salesman. I didn't get his name, but he came out to our van and looked over the concern we had. He then checked back with the service department for an answer and had us drive into the service bay. It was closing time, but the service personnel quickly looked over our question and explained everything to us in a very friendly and professional manner and put us at ease. Our salesman James would have done the same thing, and we were very impressed by the other salesman and service personnel in response to our questions, that it only reinforced our beleif that we came to the right dealer. We really appreciated the honesty and dedication in getting us the best price for the car we wanted without all the games. When we decided to lease the vehicle, they worked quickly and efficiently to get all the paperwork ready for us so that we were able to take the car home in only a few hours. Because we needed to leave the dealership quicker than usual, Bryan made sure to follow up with us in case we had any questions on any features of the car.
