Before I purchased a new Chrysler 200, I did my research and found the exact trim package/accessories I wanted. After calling two other dealerships who seemed nice on the phone(but then NEVER called me back and found the exact trim package/accessories I wanted. Right off the bat I told him what I'm wanted and he said, "I'll call you back in 30 minutes" and he did! After going back and forth on price a little bit, Don and his Sales Manager seemed very reasonable and willing to come my way. It was as if we could actually talk and negotiate! I have never worked with a dealer before that was willing to treat me as a person. Shuman did. When it was all said and done, Shuman drove the vehicle to me 400 miles away! I never got to meet Don or his Sales Manager but I am very impressed with the way they treated me and I will definitely look to Shuman first for my next vehicle. More
