Working with Gary Cooper was an easy and great experience. He was always quick to give us updates on the status of our vehicle and went over and above to make sure we were satisfied customers. Unfortunately after a day of owning our Journey, we began to notice oil in our garage. So to our dismay, we only had our Journey for a day until it went back to the dealership. It is now being repaired for a rear main seal leak at 204 miles. We are hoping to have it back early this week. We understand that this is not the fault of the dealership and we appreciate their updates and eagerness to get this fixed. We just were not expecting this to happen especially with this being our first experience with a Dodge. More
