I have always hated shopping for cars in general, and dealing with the stereotypical "used car salesman" in particular. I was very pleasantly surprised by Justin Davis, who was friendly (without being phony), extremely knowledgeable (without coming across as a stuffy know-it-all), and attentive and available (but still gave me enough space and time to wander around the lot, without checking his watch and making me feel like I was wasting his time if I didn't buy something immediately). Justin's natural demeanor and sense of humor really put me at ease, and I felt very comfortable asking any questions I had about the vehicles I was looking at. When I had started shopping around, I didn't really have a predetermined idea of what I wanted to buy, but I am absolutely THRILLED with the Dodge Journey I purchased from Justin. I got a great price on a wonderful car, and he actually made the whole car-buying experience quite enjoyable- I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from him, as well. :-) More
