My company was in the market for a new Ram 2500. I was not looking for a fully loaded, luxury truck...but instead a no-frills work truck. From the first call to Shuman until the time the vehicle was de not looking for a fully loaded, luxury truck...but instead a no-frills work truck. From the first call to Shuman until the time the vehicle was delivered was first class all the way! Shuman (Nicole/Joe) searched high and low for the specific truck that we needed. (White, Quad Cab, 8ft bed, base model). After locating the vehicle at a dealer in a different state, Shuman arranged to have the vehicle shipped in, and arranged for the aftermarket accessories to be installed (snow plow). I had assumed that my company would need to arrange for the plow to be installed by a 3rd party, but Shuman said they could take care of the plow installation prior to us even receiving the vehicle. This saved us a TON of time by not having to drop off/pick up the truck from the 3rd party company that installed the plow. Once the vehicle came back to the dealership (plow installed), they wash/cleaned the truck "top to bottom". Joe and Nicole then personally delivered the vehicle to my shop...again saving us time from having to go pick it up. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE More
