I had to make a quick decision on buying a new car because my 2009 Dodge Journey did not start on a consistent basis. The problem with my Journey could not be duplicated by the dealership and thus, c because my 2009 Dodge Journey did not start on a consistent basis. My experience with Nicole Pommerville at Shuman Chrysler Jeep Ram was probably THE BEST car buying experience I've had in the past few years. I contacted Nicole via phone and told her the vehicles I was in Jeep Ram was probably THE BEST car buying experience I've had in the past few years. I contacted Nicole via phone and told her the vehicles I was interested in, she sent me comparisons of each vehicle along with mileage ratings for each one along with photos of the actual vehicles she was speaking of. We completed all necessary paperwork (well, as much as can be done with such a purchase), and I set a date/time to meet with her for finalization. When I arrived at the dealership, the heavens opened up and biblical rain fell. I had no chance of walking the short distance from my vehicle to the front doors of the dealer w/o becoming completely soaked. I called the main # and asked them to let Nicole know I would be in as soon as the torrential rains let up ... much to my surprise, a moment later, Nicole was walking toward me with huge umbrella! Talk about service!! She is an exceptional salesperson, very straight forward, no hidden agendas, and thorough in every way. A few days later, she needed another form signed --- she met me, AFTER HER SHIFT HAD ENDED, at Laurel Park Place, working with my busy schedule, to have the paper signed. Hands down, working with Nicole was a pleasure, she went above and beyond to make this an easy transaction. What an asset she is to Shuman Chrysler!! One final note ... I am a huge Disney fan and years ago had purchased a small Mickey Mouse decal for the back window of my Town and Country. I had laughingly told Nicole how sad I was to lose my little, "touch of magic", when turning in my vehicle for the new Dodge Journey.
