I couldn't be happier with my experience. Kevin was able to answer all of my questions, and if I asked something that he didn't know he was able to get the answer quickly. We live 70 miles from Shuman Chrysler Plymouth Jeep. We had lived in the Walled Lake area and purchased our vehicles 5 years ago from Shumans. We had relocated over the last 5 years to several locations in michigan from Grand Rapids to Lansing to Jackson and last year purchased a house in Grass Lake MI. We have tried numerous dealers for service and never satisfied and sometimes very dissatisfied with the service on our vehicles. My wife and I decided that we should drive over the 100 miles round trip to have our cars services at Shuman's and we can't tell you how great it is to be back. All dealers whether they are Chrysler or other brands should be as courteous and attentive to the customer as Shuman's. We will never go anywhere else for service or purchase another vehicle.
