Emergency Service with a smile Due to a family emergency, we had to have an oil change and a recall notice taken care of to make a 600 mile trip to PA. Despite being fully booked Mike Weinstein of the Shuman Service Dept. told my very upset wife that they'd find a way to squeeze us in. Somehow they did squeeze us in so that we could make our 600 mile trip later that evening. We have been Shuman customers for over 30 years and we think we hold the current record for the most cars purchased from the dealership. It is the family service like the service that Mike provided is one of the reasons that we have been and will continue to be members of the Chrysler Shuman family. More
