Car was having some problems starting. Took it to Suburban Jeep first, because it was close to home. After that when I received a call later that evening about the estimate, they wanted to replace the head gasket and other starting system parts totaling over 1000 dollars. Of course I didn't go through with this. Paid the 1xx.oo fee and walked away very upset. After some research and talking to a friend, we stated looking at the electrical on the vehicle. So I then took it to Sherman jeep they found that it was one some frayed wire that was resting on the fuel rail. He was able to fix it for under 200.00 and it runs perfect now! Thanks guys. Now why would Suburban want to do all that??? As I was once told, the shop is as good as the tech(s) that work there. Thank you so much and keep up the amazing work! More

Cody came to pick me up at my house (free of charge) after my car had been serviced. My house is 15-20 min away from the dealership and within 20 minutes of getting off the phone with Cody and the deal after my car had been serviced. I cant remember the salesmans last name but he was WONDERFUL!!!! My husband and I drove down from northern Lapeer County in search of a Saab to replace one that I had totaled about three weeks ago. We WONDERFUL!!!! My husband and I drove down from northern Lapeer County in search of a Saab to replace one that I had totaled about three weeks ago. We had found an 02 Saab 9-5 online and when i called to confirm availability Sarge took the call and helped us out. We came down to test drive the car and unfortunately had to come back the next day to pick it up. (We had intended to write a check or use our debit card for the purchase but we had to get a certified cashiers check from the bank instead and our initial visit was after normal banking hours) The day we came to pick the car up (11/10/2012) Sarge had it all cleaned up and ready to go for us before we even got there. Despite the fact the dealership is scheduled to close at 3pm on Saturdays, Sarge waited until we got there (at 2:45) and still took his time to explain the sale and all the forms we were signing. The sale went smooth and Sarge was in touch with us throughout the 24 hour period to be sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. The price is listed as a 4 instead of a 5 simply because we had looked at four other Saab's that day and all were priced in the $4,500 - $5,000 price range. Shuman did negotiate the price slightly, dropping the OTD price by about $150 for us but what we paid was still about average for what we were looking at in the area. While researching the Saab 9-5's my husband and I found Kelly Blue Book to be completely unreliable (claiming they were valued at approximately $2500...yeah as purchasers we could only wish. LOL) but the NADA value was above what we were finding in the area and what we ended up paying for our particular purchase. (NADA was approximately $5600) Overall this was a wonderful experience and in the five hours we have had the vehicle it has been great. More

We live in Troy & there are many Jeep dealerships that are closer to us, but none that can compare to the customer service that we received from Joe. He was very informative, helping me determine which was right Jeep for me & then later for my daughters. My husband currently drives a Cadillac SRX & plans on leasing a Jeep Cherokee next summer.
