We decided to try using our Costco memebership to get a good price on a Jeep Latitude. As soon as we entered our search requirements into the Costco website, we received an email that we would be contacte good price on a Jeep Latitude. What a great surprise that within an hour, we received an introduction via email from Mike. Mike was extremely responsive to our needs, guiding us thru the decision process to find the specific Jeep that matched. He also assisted us to identify additional discounts that were offered to us. Once we finalized the vehicle and the price, Mike guided us thru the transaction, and we were able to do it all via email, which was extremely convenient. Whether it was on his day off, or not, he addressed all of our questions quickly. We also wanted to have factory installed remote start added to the vehicle, and Mike had that completed in the timeframe.
