I found my experience last week leasing a new Town & Country to be the best experience I have had after purchasing several new cars in the past. I visited Shuman six months ago with an interest in a ne Country to be the best experience I have had after purchasing several new cars in the past. I visited Shuman six months ago with an interest in a new mini-van, but was not ready to purchase at that time when I met Kevin King. I found him to be very helpful and not pushy to make a sale like some experiences I have had over the years at other dealerships. I received a voice message from him last week that there were specials on 2013 mini-vans, which sparked my interest. I called him, told him I wanted the same loaded one I drove six months back, and he did the rest. I filled out my credit app on their website, he emailed me the vin number, I called my insurance agent, and picked up the loaded white mini-van three hours later. The price was cheaper than it was six months prior, the van was detailed well, and the financing was easy. I was at the dealer for less than one hour to pick it up. Excellent Experience!
