My salesman, Jeremy Cheaney was great to work. It took over 10 months for the right deal to come up for me. But Jeremy politely stuck with me and answered all my questions and checked in with me from time over 10 months for the right deal to come up for me. But Jeremy politely stuck with me and answered all my questions and checked in with me from time to time to let me know what the current incentives were. He finally found the truck and deal that would fit my needs. He stayed late to do the paperwork and show me how everything on the truck worked. He has called to check to see if I am happy and if I had any other questions. I would highly recommend Jeremy and Shuman Chrysler to anyone. More

Nicole was extremely helpful in every aspect of our transaction. She took her time to patiently show us every facet of our new van and made sure we were comfortable with how everything worked from win transaction. I would have rated them higher but I just got a bill for excess wear for my turned-in van. My Ally brochure states that the dealer should do an "informal inspection" to determine if I would be charged anyth excess wear for my turned-in van. My Ally brochure states that the dealer should do an "informal inspection" to determine if I would be charged anything. This was NOT done. I would have made repairs if they had done this but instead I got a surprise bill for over $225. When I questioned Joe about the inspection at turn-in and what they look for, he said that it was done off-site by Ally, and never even suggested looking over my vehicle for any problems that I would be charged for. I'm very disappointed in them for being so negligent. I'm not sure I'll be going back there for my next vehicle. More

From the moment I started working with Ryan and Gary at Shuman I realized the dealership I had given my business to the past 2 times I've bought a car was lacking in the area of customer service. Ryan and Shuman I realized the dealership I had given my business to the past 2 times I've bought a car was lacking in the area of customer service. Ryan and Gary worked with me on the style of vehicle that I wanted rather than asking what I was looking to spend. They not only did everything they could do to get me in the right vehicle (which they did), but they also showed a strong sense of empathy towards my situation. As an example of great customer service; Ryan worked with me on Saturday to test drive a vehicle, once I picked the vehicle I wanted; he helped me figure out the ways in which I could go about paying for the vehicle and ended up staying 20 minutes after hours to make sure I understood what I needed to do in order to get that vehicle. Both Ryan and Gary have proven to be 2 of (in my experience) few car salesmen that step outside of the "pushy, obnoxious, and always seemingly conniving" car salesman stereotype and really went out of their way to make sure the customer is looked at as a partner in their business rather than just another number or commission check. Ultimately, I ended up leasing a 2013 Jeep Patriot at a rate that I can comfortably afford this past Monday. I have already spoken to more than a dozen potential buyers for the near future and I referred them all to Ryan and Gary at Shuman. I gave this team at Shuman all 5's and if I could give them all A's I would do that as well, because they made me feel as though my problems were their problems and helped me find a solution that I couldn't have done without their hard work and dedication. More

Mike was very helpful and friendly taking his time with us and providing us with all the answers we needed. He must have gone back to his manager, Chuck at least 10 times to ensure that received the best us and providing us with all the answers we needed. Chuck was also wonderful and extremely helpful in negotiating a great deal with us and allowing us the comfort of leaving the dealership with a new Chrysler 200 Limited. Both were wonderful salesman and we love our new car! More
