Awesome service and caring employee I was driving by and the light that indicates my tires need air went on. I drove to the Service dept. asked if there was somewhere I could put air in I was driving by and the light that indicates my tires need air went on. I drove to the Service dept. asked if there was somewhere I could put air in my tires. Mike Weinstein told me to drive my car into the service area and he would take of it. It was so nice that he would take the time out of his busy day to do this. I was not a regular customer of theirs ( but I will be now ) so there was no reason he had to do that. I was very impressed! And cost me nothing. More

Regular Checkup. Every visit to the service department (check my records for those who have checked me in and have worked to support them in the service department) ha Every visit to the service department (check my records for those who have checked me in and have worked to support them in the service department) has been fantastic. Tim Ferrin has on 3 separate occasions has helped me with checking in my vehicle and helped me get service done in an efficient and timely fashion. Earlier this year, Tim helped handle an escalated situation where I was trying to get my windshield replaced (under Schuman warranty). He was very professional. Explained everything completely and followed up with me once my repair was complete. He is an asset to your business and I am glad when I show up to the service department and he is there to sign me in. I know my Jeep will be taken care of and he will ensure I am contacted when work is complete. What more can I ask? Today, he was also very clear about my Wave program and how many more included visits I have at no cost. I appreciate the heads up as it helps me prepare for my scheduled maintenance.
