When I went into this dealership, I wasn't sure I would drive out with a car. My credit isn't the best and I wasn't sure I would be financed. The day i went to look at my new dodge dart it was in the middle of a fairly bad snow storm, and i was surprised the he and Shuman still trusted me to take the dart out for a test drive( the roads were really bad). Any business that shows that kind of trust will always receive my business. Very few places in the Detroit area still treat there customers that respectfully. You do not have to shop around for the best deal all you have to do is talk to Rick. Also every sales consultant i spoke to that day was very professional and very helpful with out stepping on each others toes to get the sale.
