I was greeted by jonas and he immediatley made me feel comfortable with my purchase. I ended up buying a new jeep and felt positive about the whole experience. As someone who is in sales myself i know when a salesmen is trying to pull a fast one on you, that wasn't the case with Jonas. I knew Jonas was being honest. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend shuman motors and specifically Jonas. Can't wait to do business with him when my lease runs out! More

2nd Lease I just recently got into my second lease with Shuman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.. Was able to get my dream car Jeep Compass Limited.. Great after sale services I saw the vehicle online and lived out of state. Although it took a month for me to finally go purchase the vehicle, Mike was very patient and helpful I saw the vehicle online and lived out of state. Although it took a month for me to finally go purchase the vehicle, Mike was very patient and helpful whenever I asked for help. But. I would say the best experience is after the purchase. I am currently dealing with trying to register my car with my state, and rather than ignoring me when I ask for help like other salesmen, Mike has been answering my calls and emails and helping me out as much as possible. Which honestly makes me feel like sale cars is the only thing he focuses on, but make sure his customers are taken care of. Although his dealership is far away I'll most definitely buy another car from him again. More
