Service Department is exceptional I called the dealership to schedule an oil change and tire rotation and to have a recall done and spoke with Mike Weinstein and explained to him my si I called the dealership to schedule an oil change and tire rotation and to have a recall done and spoke with Mike Weinstein and explained to him my situation that I could only have service done on the weekend so he told me that I could drop my car off on Friday so I could have my car to take my husband to Chemotherapy during the week. He told his coworkers my situation and they took care of my car immediately and I had my car back in an hour he told me that he did not want me to worry about not having my car for the weekend in case of an emergency. I feel the dealership went above and beyond for me. Mike even gave me a hug and wished me well with my husband who has terminal cancer. More

Finally Fixed Bought a 2016 Town & Country from another dealership in Feb. that had a rattle in the left rear. Went to another dealership were a service person told me it was a "design flaw"and couldn't be fixed.
