All I had to do was sign off on the documents, wait a little while for the car to be brought over to the front door and drive off. The process was entirely hassle-free with no surprises. I've been loving my new 2014 Dodge Durango -- I think is the proverbial "sleeper-hit" of 7 passenger SUVs. Dodge Challenger Purchase Have been looking to replace my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8 which I sold in 2012. Stopped at Shuman Chrysler just to look as they had very good selection out front. Mike Yezak (salesman) was very helpful and ran some numbers for me. He presented me with some very affordable options and took the time to go over them with me, on a Saturday at 2:50pm. They close at 3. Mike was excellent, no pressure and very informative. I want to mention the fact that I had visited Golling Chrysler first and they did not come close to the available lease options that Shuman did. In fact they never even mentioned a lease option. Maybe they did not have the lease options at their dealership but I find that hard to believe. In closing I would like to say it was the great customer service and the options available that sealed the deal for me. I will be looking for an SUV next year and I will call Mike Yezak and be buying or leasing from Shuman. Thanks Mike. More
