Service Issues Resolved I recently came into the Service Dept. at the Shuman Chrysler Dealership with several problems on my Chrysler Town and Country, including a leaking co I recently came into the Service Dept. at the Shuman Chrysler Dealership with several problems on my Chrysler Town and Country, including a leaking cooling system that was spewing radiator coolant all over my engine. It was early on a Saturday morning, and they were already pretty busy. Because the car had more than one problem, Mike gave the job to Joe, who Mike considers to be one of his best and most reliable techs. Joe worked on my car all that day, and finished the job on the following Monday morning. Joe did a very nice and thorough job, including finding and repairing two separate leaks (that I did not even know that I had) in my power steering system. Mike consulted with his Service Manager, and negotiated with me, on a fair and reasonable price for all the work they had to do. I am very thankful and appreciative of their concern for me and my car, and their efforts to get me back on the road again as quickly as possible. I will definitely recommend this service department to anyone with a Chrysler vehicle. More
