TRANS REPAIR 7 months ago i had my liberty in for transmission repairs......i now find that the SAME EXACT problem has re-emerged...this was a near two thousand do 7 months ago i had my liberty in for transmission repairs......i now find that the SAME EXACT problem has re-emerged...this was a near two thousand dollar repair.....even though this trans issue has shown up again within the grace period...service claims its for a completely different reason....BULL@#!%......now i'm facing a second near two thousand dollar repair all within 7 months!!! as a long, long term jeep customer i find this service claim to be offensive and cynical....i've logged a complaint with Chrysler and feel that this is no way to treat loyal customers...if shuman service mis-repaired my liberty back in december ...that's on them not me.....clearly this re-repair being within their grace period is as well......i should not be made to pay twice for their error!!!!! i cannot in good conscious recommend this dealership and its service department as long as this remains unresolved!
