Super helpful service dept. I was at least 45 minutes from home and my transmission was acting funny. I was concerned that I was low on fluid and called another dealership before Shuman to see if they could just. Heck my fluid level. They said they were backed up. I called Shuman and told them my problem and they said to come right over. I did, and it was one of the fastest most pleasant experiences I’ve ever had. The gentleman at the service desk remembered my call and brought me right in. He then went to grab a service tech named Joe v. That checked my fluid in no time flat and then they brought my car around so they. Outdoor top off the trans fluid that was missing. I was so happy that they were so kind and took care of not only my car, but my nieces and I that would have been stuck out in the cold rainy day had my vehicle not been checked that afternoon.
