My husband and I had been to nearly every Jeep dealership within 30 miles of our work in Southfield - Shuman's was one of the last dealerships we stop My husband and I had been to nearly every Jeep dealership within 30 miles of our work in Southfield - Shuman's was one of the last dealerships we stopped at before making our decision on our new car purchase. It was by FAR the best experience, all around, starting at the initial phone call to see if they had what we wanted on their lot before making the drive. I cannot say enough how great Mike was. He wasn't pushy, he understood our needs and what we were trying to achieve and ultimately helped us get there. Typically, the process of agreeing on the price and completing the paperwork is a cumbersome and stressful process. Not with Mike, it was smooth and stress free. Mike was great! We went to a few dealerships and decided to purchase from Shuman Chrysler. My Uncle referred us here and we were thoroughly satisfied. He completely answered all of our questions and was patient with our requests. Mike even provided us with his cell phone so that we could easily communicate throughout the day. He was always prompt with his response. The whole purchasing process was so efficient. I thought it would take over an hour to complete the paperwork, but everything was ready and we were in and out within twenty minutes.
